GoToAssist is a web-based screen sharing application that allows for bi-directional computer desktop sharing, as well as complete mouse and keyboard control It`s as if one of our technicians or consultants were sitting right at your desk. It`s faster than trying to schedule an onsite visit, especially if you need help immediately, and it can be much more efficient than just a telephone call.

GoToAssist is fast, easy, and completely secure:

1. Simply launch a Support Session directly from the Emerge Support Page below.

2. Download a small, virus-free self-installing plug-in.

3. With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.

4. You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.

5. Proprietary compression technology and 128-bit AES encryption ensure that the data exchanged between you and your support representative is completely secure.

6. After the screen-sharing session has ended, your support representative can no longer share your screen or access your computer.
